Local Delivery

We aim to deliver all Hong Kong orders in 2-5 working days, subject to the inventory quantity. If the product is listed as ‘pre-order’ on our website, it will take 15-20 days for your order to arrive. If you have not received your products within 7 working days, please contact us via email.

We use SF Express to ship the product, shipping fee subjects to the weight of product.

Delivery time

All of the orders will be delivered from Hong Kong, the product will arrive within 2 – 5 working days,  following the date your order is placed. For international orders, the delivery time will be based on the delivery standard of different delivery providers.

Confirmation Email

Once purchase is completed, you will receive an automated email from the system. It states the order placement date, and distribution procedures. Please double check whether the product, shipping method, recipient address are correct. If you have any question, please contact our customer service.
